I just discovered, with the help of a Facebook friend, that the "message" function on Facebook has a somewhat hidden component simply labeled "other." I check what was in there--mostly announcements from groups I signed on to--and found a message from quite a while ago telling me that you had signed on to follow my blog and asking me to follow yours.
